Here's how it works:

1 rental referral 10% off your tuxedo rental
2 rental referrals 20% off your tuxedo rental
3 rental referrals 30% off your tuxedo rental
4 rental referrals 40% off your tuxedo rental
5 rental referrals 50% off your tuxedo rental
6 rental referrals 60% off your tuxedo rental
7 rental referrals 70% off your tuxedo rental
8 rental referrals 80% off your tuxedo rental
9 rental referrals 90% off your tuxedo rental
10 rental referrals One Free Tuxedo**

*Rental referrals are defined as those persons referred by you who fully paid for a tuxedo rental from Alphie's Mens Store.

**When a female prom rep obtains 10 rental referrals, she may choose from either a (a) Free Tuxedo rental, or (b) $100 towards a Prom Gown at Simply You Too.

In order to participate in the Prom Representative Program, students must register 14 days prior to their prom event date and complete and submit the form below.
